Frequently Asked Questions

  • We’re based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia, but travel far and wide to tell love stories, including interstate and international weddings. Travel is included for some locations, so feel free to get in touch with your date and destination for a custom quote. We often travel and may be in your area - always reach out!

  • We recommend booking 9–18 months in advance, especially for popular dates & seasons. That said, last-minute openings do happen, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if your date is just around the corner.

  • Yes! Elevated Weddings offers both photography and videography services. Our trusted videography partner, The Jade Loft, is based in Sydney and available through us, often with no added travel fees.

  • To book, simply fill out our contact form and we’ll be in touch to confirm availability and organize a time to connect, either in person, or video call with you. Once you're ready, we’ll send over a contract and invoice to secure your date with a deposit.

  • A 50% deposit & signed contract is required to book your date, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your wedding.

  • Absolutely. While our pre-made packages cover most needs, we’re happy to tailor something specifically for your day.

  • Yes! We love connecting with our couples. We can either schedule in-person meetings or a video call to go over your plans, timeline, expectations, and any questions you have.

  • Definitely, but only as much as you need. We love capturing candid, authentic moments and will gently guide you when needed to make sure you feel relaxed and natural.

  • It depends on your plans! Most couples book 8 hours, which covers everything from getting ready to the first part of the reception. We can help you figure out the best fit during our consultation.

  • Yes. You can add extra hours at any point leading up to the wedding, subject to availability.

  • No problem at all! You can upgrade your package at any time before the wedding day, depending on our availability. We recommend making any changes at least a month in advance so we can plan accordingly. Just reach out and we’ll adjust your coverage and invoice.

  • You’ll receive a selection of sneak peek images within 48 hours after the end of your wedding day. We know how exciting it is to relive those first moments, so we make it a priority to get a few highlights to you while the magic is still in the air.

  • You’ll receive a sneak peek gallery within 48 Hours, and the full gallery within 6–8 weeks. For video, delivery is typically 8–10 weeks after the wedding.

  • Your photos will be delivered in a beautiful online gallery where you can download high-res images, share with family, and order prints. Video is delivered via a private link for easy viewing and sharing.

  • Yes, we offer a curated selection of fine art albums and high-quality prints. These can be added on at any time before or after your wedding.

  • In the unlikely event we can’t make it, we have a network of trusted professionals with a similar style we can call on. We take your wedding day very seriously and have systems in place to ensure you’re covered.
